Services Info
Slab leaks are leaks that happen when sewer or water line pipes beneath your foundation crack, fracture, or break. They are dangerous because, over time, the water leaking out of your fractured pipe could hurt your foundation. If you notice warped flooring, low water pressure, or a mysteriously high water bill, you could have a slab leak. 77Plumber can help you find and fix your slab leak before it can inflict any permanent damage.
Life expectancy of a Tank water Heater in The DFW Metroplex can be impacted by various factors. A typical water heater without maintenance last in average 9-11yrs. A properly Maintained Water heater can last 12-15yrs.
Some of the factors can be:
- The Brand
- The amount of usage
- The amount of Maintenance
- Water quality
At 77Plumber we flush your water heater as part of our 77Club Membership. Also we recommend to do a Tank Rebuild at 6-8yrs.
You can turn off all your water in the house and then watching the water meter closely. If the meter’s shows movement after the water is off, then you may have a leak. Check areas for water damage, water stains, mold and mildew growth, hissing or dripping sounds, and puddling. If you suspect you have a leak or are not sure where or how serious it is, Then 77Plumber can help you. Give us a call at 817-400-8377 to diagnose and repair any leak in your house.
Some methods of drain cleaning like plunging or snaking can reliably clear away clogs, but they can’t address why the clog happened. For instance, if there’s a buildup of grease in your kitchen drain, clogs happen when other materials get caught on this grease on their way down the drain. Plunging can push these materials through the drain and clear the clog, but it can’t clean the grease itself off the pipe walls.
77Plumber uses a state-of-the-art sewer and pipe video camera to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the Drains and Sewers of your House. We can Diagnose, Locate, and Fix any issues under your house.

toilet Questions
If you notice sounds or dripping water, have to hold the handle down to get the toilet to drain completely, or have to jiggle the handle to stop the water from running, you might have a leak.
In a worse case senario, a running toilet could waste 3 to 4.5 gallons per minute. That’s almost 300 gallons per hour, which adds up to 6,480 gallons per day. A leaking flapper—which may not make a noticeable running sound—can waste up to 200 gallons of water per day.
Call 77Plumber ASAP if you suspect you have a running toilet.
One of the most used fixtures in your home, the toilet, on average has a lifespan of 10-20 years. For being used as often as it is, the toilet can withstand a lot. Unfortunately, there will come a time when you need to replace your toilet.
Signs you need to Fix or Replace your toilet.
- Constant Repairs
- Cracks in the bowl or Tank
- Constantly running
- Wobbly Toilet
- Slow flush or no flush.
A toilet that runs on and off by itself, or runs intermittently, has a problem that plumbers call a phantom flush. The cause is a very slow leak from the tank into the bowl. This problem is almost certainly caused by a bad flapper, bad flapper seat or bad Fill Valve.
Call 77Plumber to fix your “Phantom flushing” toilet.
